Xbox - The Sixth Generation Video Game Console
The Xbox was Microsoft Corporation's first product that was introduced into the video game console market. Xbox is a sixth generation video game console. The integrated Xbox live service allows the players to play the game online and also to compete with other players online.

The Xbox was the first major console to incorporate a hard disk drive ,which was primarily used to save the game compressed in ZIP archives and downloaded the content from Xbox live. This feature eliminated the necessity of separate memory card.
The Xbox user can copy the music from standard audio CD's to Hard Drive and these songs can be used as custom soundtracks in some games. The Xbox was the first product in the gaming industry which features the Dolby interactive Content-Encoding Technology. Prior to Xbox, the game consoles could only utilize Dolby Digital 5.1 during non interactive 'cut scene' playback.

The Xbox can also connect to Xbox live, which is an online multiplayer gaming and digital media delivery service which was created and operated by Microsoft Corporation. This will enable you to play with your friend online and enjoy the game together.
